While the Symbiote Surge is active you have to trigger Symbiote Abilities a total of 25 times. Equip 4 of these abilities and make sure they are all charged and ready before activating bola07 the Surge. Then you can spam all 4 abilities in quick succession before the Surge ends. If you still need any combat-related trophies try to pair them up with Collectibles, many of them feature enemies.
